Initial Appointment

Description

An initial appointment includes ~15 minutes for a thorough intake and health history as well as any assessments and goal setting that will guide your treatment. We look forward to meeting you! Cancellation Policy: All cancellations made with 48+ hours of notice will be given a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hrs in advance will recieve 50% refunds, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full payment for their session, subject to extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
